...in to "help" when the taxable-income base is gone. After all, why should some cities and states prosper with a healthy tax base and low unemployment while others have welfare states and no base for supporting it. Remember, Glorious Leader sees the Constitution as a document that hinders government by limiting its' power for wealth re-distribution.

Ray: You've got his number. New York will be "in distress" and eligible for federal bailout funds, which will mean Obama will "take it over" like he did GM. All for socialistic reasons. There's a good reason the Constitution did not mention "wealth distribution." That's because the framers didn't believe in hat sort of crap.
