Why don't we hate them?

I hate what they do and I hate what they believe. I also hate the ideology that is fomented to manipulate the ignorant to hate us. I hate the fact that we will be forced into war to eliminate their hate. I hate the fact they raise their children to hate us. I hate the fact they send people to blow themselves up. I hate the fact that hate is the energy their nations use to exist. I am sick and tired of dealing with hate-mongering despots who stay in power based on hatred of us. I also hate the fact that people can't, or refuse, to see the obvious. I hate the fact that financial aid we have sent to these countries stays in the hands of the despots and is eventually used to purchase weapons and cohorts to be used against us.I hate they fact that they use our compassion and desire for peace as a tool to win wars both politically and militarily. I think I have a lot of hate pent up.

I just want to kill them. To be truthful, I just want to see them dead. It's the same with roaches, and all they want to do is steal my food - not kill me.

Most of them (Islamofascists, not roaches) don't know why they hate us either. They just do. My brother-in-law is a Syrian national. He likens their feelings for Israel and the US to the institutionalized racism of the old South. Heck most folks didn't think critically about why they thought blacks are inferior, they just 'knew'they were. Same mindset over there. One lives what one learns for the most part, and they learn at an early age to hate us. We need to learn at an early age that it's okay to kill them.

Islamic extremists are mentally ill murderers who hate because they've been raised in a culture of hate and indoctrination in a belief in a false god who would force people to worship him or see them all dead.

Being mentally ill or religiously zealous does not absolve them of their crimes or of the support they give to the ones would commit the crimes. The sin of hatred must be irradicated and that can never be done by tolerance and self-flagellation. Nor can it be done by hating the people themselves.

I don't hate them. I pray for them. If they give me a chance, I'll tell them about the One True God of the universe Who can heal them of their hate. However, if their sin is going to harm me or those I love, I'm going to do whatever it takes to stop them.

We won't win this war by hating, but the love we display may need to be very tough love.

They are not mentally ill. They behave in a rational way, within their own worldview. To call them mentally ill, or to treat them as such, is dangerous.

Hatred is not a mental illness. Neither is the desire to kill those who are different.

While you are quite correct with your solution "hate the sin, love the sinner". That is only an individual reaction. Governments bear the sword to deal temporal justice, whether they do so or not, that is why they are in power.

The liberal minded americans are so blind in their hatred of Pres.Bush and the Republicans that they can't see the tree through the forest! Islam is a religion that has never evolved. If its been beaten into your head since birth that something is no good,how can one expect something different? At this point in time who cares why they hate us. Save that for the monday morning quarterbacks after we eliminate the threat. Remember,they want to "kill the infidels". That would be you and me,not just Bush and the Republicans! I think we should ponder "Why the liberals don't see this!"

I always wonder who the left blamed before 1776 for the world's problems. Is their anyone we can blame for how evil the left think's we are?
