On Obama's Pastor

Deschamps is "not sure?"

Really?

If a man walked into a KKK meeting, then came back repeatedly over 20 years, officially joined the KKK, then made the Grand Wizard (or whatever those freaks call themselves) his personal adviser, then his political adviser, then put him on his campaign staff, would that tend to indicate that the man might endorse the views of the KKK? Would it bear on that man's desire to be President of the United States?

Hmmmmm?

Engage your brain. Stop cowering before the left wing bullies wielding the PC stick. Grow a pair.

Obama's pastor just became famous....

and we are the instrument he will use to cash his newfound fame to the bank.

When Obama associates with a specific Church, he is saying: I believe the Church dogma, he might not be 100% in agreement with all preachers, deacons, etc. but he is in agreement with the Dogma, to include, swearing alegiance to Africa.

That is a conflict of interest that needs to ve evaluated and clarified if he wants to become Commander in Chief.

Joe

I haven't read into this enough to know what the actual dogma of the church Obama follows is, and if it follows the "Goddamn America" lines of Jeremiah Wright. If you know, please post it.

Dave

I have two fairly big matzah balls, thank you Dave.

As for my comment, I'd like to say that the reason I am not fully ready to hold Wright as a standard of what Obama believes is my own background. I'm from Seattle, and the two most important people in my life describe themselves as a Democrat and the other as a Socialist. If they became politically outspoken, they'd probably say things very counter to what I believe. They aren't any less important to me personally, however.

Given that, Obama's own personal politics don't seem to run counter to the rhetoric of his wife and pastor. Combined with the fact that his political career is very young and he has run as nothing more than a lightning rod for people's hopes and dreams, he is definitely not a safe bet for the most powerful office in the world. We know who John McCain is and his negatives are much smaller than Obama's.
