Hillary's Moment

All possible scenarios

Hillary should never raise her voice. That is possibly the most annoying sound in the universe.

Obama probably should have held his nose and picked her. If she took herself out that could be spun as a party unity move.

On the other hand, I can't help but wonder if she thinks he's going to lose regardless of VP and doesn't want one in "L" column?

BTW, I've found a new candidate. Stop by and check it out.

sarge, i'm interested in this issue

b/c i'm now certain the dems have NO chance this year. hillary as veep was their last chance.

if obama simply decided against it, whatthehell kind of "judgment" is that?

i think she took a bye. listen, not being a pest (i hope), but i just don't see how you could spin that to the dems' advantage. and it would be damaging to her future chances, too, as her rabid fans would want her on that ticket, even as #2, and they might lose anyway b/c obama has become so vastly encumbered. this would perhaps make her somewhat more damaged goods in the future, whereas walking away now, she looks like the prototypical winner.
