Living in the foothills of Ca. I can't get away from the guy. every where we go somebody has Bret Harte High or the Town of Twain Harte or....
He was indeed a rogue, but actually likeable to a lot of the old miner types.

I had Wake in the final game. From now on I'm going to call them Sleep Forest. I know, it's not very creative, especially for me. It fits more perfect than anything else though. They didn't show up. They had four legitimate scorers and they were like the dumbed down in America in the last election... asleep as the wheel.

That drunk, fat guy you talked about. I know him. Everyone in NW Indiana knows this guy. Everyone calls him Intoxicated Calvin. Usually he's not even in his house at night. Usually he's drunk, dead on his feet in some field at night. I never went cowtipping as a teen. We went Caltipping. Boy did we need a running start though!

BTW, I am a wrestling fan and like Bret Hart too. I told him he needed to get over that Sean Michaels/Vince McMahon thing on his website years ago. He replied to me understanding my point but said basically "no way".
