If we're so stupid
how did we manage to amass all that money that the congresswhores rely on? Just maybe we're not as stupid as they are.
Hey, congress, we're awake and mad as hades. We're gathering all the tar and feathers we can find to recycle them. Pitchforks are optional.

Proof Dems don't understand Economics
They say that insanity is when you do the same thing over and over and expect a different result. In the case of raising taxes I think you can substitute the word stupity in place of insanity. Historically the raising of taxes has always produced less revenue then projected and over time produces less revenue then before the tax increase. Where as tax cuts initially reduce revenues less then projected and always ends in a significant increase in revenues. Yet Dimocrits insist that raising taxes is the only answer. That's stupidity!

My own theory is that DC should be condemned and closed. No amount of soap and disinfectant could clean that slime. The nation's capitol should be relocated to the center of our country. That would serve a dual purpose. All or most citizens would have better access to it and libs could never again just fly over the middle of the country and all of the common folks. You know, all us stooooopid hicks.

Close DC. Indeed. Pick a base, put them in the barracks, and THEN they can do their work, in a 90 day limit. They can eat in the chowhall.
It's good enough for the troops, good enough for these bums.

It Is So Simple...
Bush got us into this recession with deficit spending.
He tried to get us out of it with even more deficit spending with the full backing of the Democrats and then Senator Obama.
He didn't spend enough to get us out of the recession, so we had increase the deficits even more. (Don't forget deficit spending was what caused the problem, but is now the solution).
Now it is clear we haven't yet spent enough (after all the recession continues) so we have to spend more.
We don't want to increase deficit spending, but we have to because Bush started this mess with a relatively tiny bit of deficit spending.
It makes sense right.

Oh, don't forget...
Bush's spending on all those social programs wasn't the problem. It was all those evil tax cuts on the rich. Tax cuts are what caused the deficits which caused the recession.
So it is time to raise the taxes, but not until we are clearly moving out of the recession.
If we raise taxes too soon it might kill the recovery.
Got that? We are in a recession because of low taxes, but raising taxes (the obvious cure) can't happen until the recession is over.

And Please Remember...
It was 8 years of Republican rule that caused this mess.
[Doing my best John Steward impression holding my hand to my ear to listen on my earpiece]
Wait, I'm being told that Democrats controlled both houses in the two years leading up to the recession.
Ahem.
We need to amend that. The six year of Republican rule preceding the two years of Democrat control of congress caused the recession.
[Hand to ear]
Wait, I'm being told that the a Republican defector during the first two years of the Bush presidency gave democrats a share of control of the senate.
Ahem.
The recession was caused by 5 or so years out of the past 8 when the Republicans controlled the whole government and rammed one of their programs into law.
[Hand to ear]
I'm being told that for the entire eight years the Democrats had the numbers to stop anything they wanted to in the Senate with the use of the filibuster, and they frequently used this ability to stop Republican programs.
Ahem.
The recession was caused because the Republicans occasionally were able to do some of the things they wanted to intermitently through the past eight years. Though the Democrats could stop anything they though was too dangerous and though they had control of both houses in the years immediately preceeding the elections, the recession is in no way the fault of Democrats.
[Hand to ear]
Democrats blocked Repubican efforts to investigate and reform large entities heavily involved in mortgages such as Fannie Maye and Freddie Mac?....O &*$## it. Never mind.

The wallet is EMPTY! That is what our governor Arnold tells us on a daily basis. The piggy bank is empty baby and it won't be refilled any time soon.
I will say the first stimulus made no sense. Where are all of the shovel ready projects? What happened to saving us all from the black hole of doom?
So, we are up to 14% of the stimulus out there floating around. So, lets get ready for another one. Hey, Pelosi here is a quick tip, get the money out faster from the porky bill you passed months ago, then think of pushing more bacon on us. Makes no sense.
I want people to just take over the capitol, throw them all out and start picking people out of the phone book.

We are being "taxed" to death, our national debt is reaching heights that are impossible to understand, and the Liberals want to spend more money?
If we don't take the federal government back in 2010 (at least the US House), then God help us all.
