grounds? it's not grounds. i mean, you can see w/bush that it's not grounds. it's just who wants you in, or who wants you out. the dems say the war was evil, so bush is impeachable.

the flipside should be true, also. it's all relative! if you undermine the efforts to win the war by opposing the surge, well, then...

treason!
