Brian, the GOP has been afflicted almost since the day Ronald Reagan left office. The symptoms were mild at first, but have gotten progressively worse over time.

Wulf, I see that bipartisanship as almost a combination of symptoms 2 and 6. The GOP lacks the strength to govern effectively and it is obviously self destructive to keep thinking you can work with people who see you as enemies, not political rivals!
