As a former member of the USMC, I think John is the most qualified, the most compassionate,the most experienced to lead this country! As a life long Democrat, my father supported John F Kennedy, I even shook Bobby Kennedy's hand as his motorcade passed through our town, John is the most capable to bring this country together, not polarize it.

Unbelievable sadness

I can't explain the depths of dispair I feel right now. I know it will pass but the America I knew and the one my dad and others fought for is almost dead. Watching the spin tonight, David Axelrod's creation, and seeing all those people who actually believe that Obama is there to save them from themselves. We now have a first lady who at best despises most of us, and a president who gives aid and comfort to the enemy. Many may be moved by seeing Oprah in the crowd and Jessie Jackson with tears in their eyes, but the tears in my eyes are for the United States of America.
