Islam and the Koran

As a woman, an independant and free spirit, if I had to live covered in a tent, deprived of freedoms, such as having to be escorted by a male relative etc., before leaving my prison home, I would commit suicide! My heart goes out to their women slaves. Men who would respect and enforce such limiting anti-woman treatment are not only scary, they are cruel, insensitive bullies! I guess their Mothers could only speak when spoken to?. What kind of religion do they worship to preach such primitive behaviors?
