Libel Law In The United States---Hatewatch Hall Of Shame Lies & Deceit

In close to 300 articles published in 14 months, no one has sued me for anything, including libel. All of the articles in Hatewatch Hall of Shame (http://hatewatchhallofshame.blogspot.com) are thoroughly researched, and include numerous links to easily verifiable facts.

Everyone who is the subject of a Hatewatch article has the opportunity to refute anything in the article - their refutation (which must be proven with facts) - will be posted on the blog. The opportunity to do this is posted prominently on the site. Mr. Reinsford, or whatever name he's using today, has not contacted either me or the site to refute anything in the articles about his racist TROP site.

Jim Sutter and I initially corresponded in e-mail for several weeks last year before I broke off communication after realizing his insincerity. Not once during that time did he allege anything about racism.

Sometime after this, he developed a personal grudge toward me and began using this slur in lieu of factual argument. He has never stated what race I am supposed to have antipathy for, nor has he any knowledge of who I am or what my own race happens to be.

As Sutter well knows, I am an ardent anti-racialist, meaning that I don't believe in categorizing people by race, much less in drawing comparison.

Other than denouncing racial genocide in the Sudan and briefly explaining why racism is irrational, the site that he is speaking of, TheReligionofPeace.com, has nothing to do with race or racism.

As I said, the "Reverend" Jim Sutter is not a sincere man. His unimaginative slurs are becoming as relatively meaningless as he is.
