Sacramento taxpayer tea perty
I was there with my wife and grandmother not to mention sevral friends it was excellent I wanted to say that do to my income I do not pay income tax infact I make money but I remain a conservative Republican even though they send me the check I vote my prencipals I know that the best chance for me to improve my situation is through hard work and CAPITALISM we need to start an get more focused now I for one think that term limits need to be added to the constatution and NO MORE LEGACY PAY for civil servants there is no end to the corruption without taking away their motivation like a life long ticket to screw the people even if you are stupid

Tea Party follow-up?
I was there for two hours but did not hear any specific plan for action other than the obvious talk to people and write politicians. I see three possibilities:
1) MOST LIKELY -- More rallies with no clear objective. Movement fades away.
2) DISASTER -- A third political party is formed. Does nothing but split the Republican vote. Same fate as the Reform Party.
3) TAKE BACK THE REPUBLICAN PARTY -- I see this as the only way of making a difference.

I don't need my life to get harder
What is up with the behavioral economists running Obama's administration-all from Harvard ,Yale etc... Their goal is to change the way we behave. I have been behaving just fine...working everyday, paying taxes, trying my best to raise good kids..we don't spend our weeks wringing our hands about global warming and recycling because we are too damn busy working and raising families. All the special interest groups are spending too much time sitting around at dinner parties planning ways to make our lives harder.
