Absent an administration or Congress that has the sense to start ENDING some Federal programs, gridlock is the only thing keeping the government from further exceeding its Constitutional limits and increasing our debt. We are the enemy too, since we all love to get Federal money in our neighborhood believing we are due, or are sticking it to those other states. Even the agents of "change" are working their way to DC on promises of money for nothing.
