has violated their own precedent with this decision. A ruling years ago, I do not have the date, stated that the court had no jurisdiction over prisoners who were not US citizens and were not being detained in the USA. Sounds logical. The resoning behind this change is, supposedly, that the US military is projecting US jurisdiction into Cuba and are responsible to the US laws wherever they are. That is just BS.

I hope the Pentagon just tells the court, NO. We will not transport these people into the US, and we dare you to try and take them from us.

The military has tanks ya' know. Hehehe....
