Vultures

Vultures generally feed off some poor creature that has fallen down and died. They serve a purpose in creation in removing diseased, dead tissue.

But leeches, parasitic beings (like mosquitos and ticks) and cancers seem wholly destructive and unnecessary. I wouldn't be surprised if some of these pests weren't a result of the fall of Adam and Eve described in Genesis.

We can look at these leftist critics and ask several questions: Are they trying to protect our Constitution and way of life, or are they trying to tear it down? Will they bring greater freedom and opportunities to flourish and succeed, or are they leading us into increased regulation and oppression?

True reformers (like Ronald Reagan) desire to restore us to former greatness and power. As we look again at Sen. Obama, let us remember what happened during the Jimmy Carter years to the economy and the military. This new "empty suit" sounds good at times, but his record implies a return the days of malaise.
