Yes it is a shame. No one is responsible for their actions and parents hire some one else for the lowest bid to raise their children. Then they let liberal atheists take ethics courses and religion out of schools. They teach that homosexuality is a normal lifestyle choice and you are born that way. Without God's word taught, sexual promiscuity is not frowned upon and violence is nearly accepted as a normal response to poverty and a poor upbringing. Face it whether you believe in a higher being or not, the teachings of the bible is a pretty good manual for conducting your life. How to raise your children is in that manual.
