Rangle never said anything negative about the education level of American soldiers. He introduced a bill to re-instate the draft. He quotes:

Doesn't sound like a rant to me - sounds like he proves your point - too bad he is a democrat huh? Since you are obviously trying to mislead people about his stance, I'm betting your off the mark on the others. Wethersbee is most likely a democrat also.
