When he went on the TV show and said he would give his daughter money for an abortion, should she so choose, he delivered his opinion on abortion.
Let me say it a different way:
What must one do to actually support abortion? Pay for one?
Rudy Guiliani can never gain the support of social conservatives in this primary.

It is very important that as Christians, we remember that it is not our place to judge. This is strictly God's domain.
Social Conservatives need to be careful not to be too strident in their positions. As when conservatives become unyielding, they take on the worst qualities of other radical fundamentalist groups.
We can not simply condemn others for their missteps and positions. Condemnation is not the easiest path to understanding and changing of hearts and minds. Christ told the person without sin to throw the first stone; he didn't qualify what type of sin, just simply “without sin”.
Let those of us that feel strongly about life be compassionate towards those of differing views. This way we can help support their fears and help them to find alternative solutions to crisis pregnancies. No one will ever listen to someone who out of hand condemns them; the person who is compassionate will have an opportunity to be heard and in this opportunity may be able to save a life.
As a point of reference can you provide a citation for the Rudy question and answer you outline in your message above?

What a shameful comparison. Truly you have not suffered from the damages that were brought upon countless people, by that person. Shame on you! There is no comparison here.
This type of nonsense is offensive to those of us who have dealt with loved ones damaged by the ravages of that truly awful man. Think before you type.
Your lurid hatred is why conservatives are loosing the abortion discussion. This issue is too important to turn people off by hate filled vitriol.

Can you not "condemn" hitler for his "misseps and positions[?]"
I want to know if you "condemn" hitler.

If you couldn't figure it out from my earlier post you don't deserve a clearer response.
You are off topic.
Grow up!
WWJD:
He would ask us to be compassionate, to love everyone, pray for everyone and help people to make the correct decisions. He never asked us to be filled with hate and anger, and to throw around single names in the hopes of making some ridiculous comparison. There are far more poignant ways to discuss and bring about the conservative position on abortion.
Your simplistic approach just starts a quarrel; it’s been tried and failed. If you truly do wish to bring people to a pro-life position, you need to do so by focusing like a laser beam on the issue in a rational and thoughtful manner. Not by hysterically ranting "what is your position on so & so..." The issue is abortion, it is specific and finite.
Think about bringing people around by discussing the facts, calmly not by picking a fight.
Here let me give you a few pointers, which you seem to be desperately in need of:
A. we hear ... "it's a woman's body..."
No, it's not, the DNA of the baby is not the same as the woman's ergo, it is not her body.
B. it's better at "her" age...
No, many young woman are scared for life by this tripe, just ask your local clergy how many times they’ve had to counsel such a young girl.
C. The “fetus”...
Never let someone casually refer to the baby as a fetus. Gently remind them it is a baby, the beginning of a new life.
Don't condemn people... engage them in a discussion, in pleasant tones and kind words without accusations, and then possibly you can save a life. I know, I've tried this and have saved a baby's life. If I had approached the mother in your childish manner, one less beautiful child would be in the world today.

Grace,
You and I are on the same page, without a doubt, on the topic of killing children.
I was addressing Your response to ShiningCity:
"..we remember that it is not our place to judge."
I am pointing out that We all make judgements on Others all time every day; from the neighborhoods in which We live, to the stores We feel safe frequenting, to the people We come across in Our daily lives with Whom We may conversate. That is what keeps most people "in line."
Judging by Your reaction to my initial question I've proved My point.

Eureka! We have found common ground. Of course we all judge, however, we should do our level best not to condemn. Everyone struggles with this one, it's human nature.
Hopefully, we can find some common ground in our upcoming election. We can not afford to have social conservatives sit out the election. This will cause even greater damage to the ongoing conservative cause. This is difficult, many will simply withhold their vote, or worse not vote; do to their position on this issue. The end result of this is often that people with far worse character win.
Of the top tier candidates, we do not have a strong social conservative. Can we truly trust people who initially supported abortion and have recently had an epiphany on the issue and now decry its evils. Personally, in my conscious memory, I can never remember being okay with the idea.
See you in the blogs...
