Why abortion?

I do remember decades ago, when N.O.W. began their campaign for legal abortion, the feminist assertion was that pregnancy was one of the tools used by men to keep women out of the workforce--keeping them in the home and out of competition for top paying jobs. Since then this argument has been replaced with arguments for right to privacy, etc. Thanks for reminding us of the really shaky foundation of the pro-abortion argument.

Yes, I remember that they did that. They literally characterized pregnancy as a tool of men. I believe that if America can live without slavery, it can live without abortion. I believe we must band together and uplift women, not make a society where abortion, the ultimate assault on motherhood, is held up as the key to empowerment. They live a lie. We need to expose them for the sake of true empowerment of women.
