Excellent report Rabbi! It is my understanding that CAIR has withdrawn every lawsuit it has ever filed where the defendant chose to fight. It is too bad that corporations, until US Airways that is, always settle out of court. At some point, CAIR will be slapped with a serious countersuit. You can't just keep suing and backing down forever.
