Is who gave the info to AP? And where did that source get it from? There has to be a mole in a classified position feeding info like this to his cash cow. Find him, charge him, convict him, shoot him. Problem solved, for the time being.

As for the actions of AP, Charge them, convict them, and shoot them. Problem solved, for the immediate future.

There is only one way to handle this, the same way the Goldenbergs were handled.

It's the only realistic deterant.
