I FEEL AS YOU DO IN THIS MATTER. IVE USED THIS ATTACK AS AN EXAMPLE IN MANY OF MY COMMENTS. THIS KID WAS ON HIS STOMACH AND CUFFED WHILE STILL BEING TAZED, AND KERRY JUST WATCHED. IT COULD HAVE BEEN A CHANCE FOR THIS TORTURE OF US CITIZENS TO BE STOPPED! INSTEAD,....IT GOES ON AND ON.
I TOO WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS POOR KID.
