Some people (trolls)
will no doubt point out that the GOPs favorability is still below the Dems and try to say that this shows the left to still be the strength of the country politically. They won't take into account that the CONSERVATIVES are blasting the GOP as much as those who are still blaming Bush for everything.
The principles of conservatism are still favored over liberalism by a long shot. For those who have forgotten them, they are: limited government (based upon the Constitution), lower taxes for all taxpayers, strong national defense, respect for the First Amendment's freedom OF religion (as opposed to the liberal belief in freedom FROM religion), support of the 2nd Amendment, an end to the unConstitutional entitlement programs foisted upon our nation by FDR and LBJ (and expanded at will by other liberals), respect for the traditions that have forged the unique American culture, individual freedoms and responsibility, respect of the Higher Power that is the God of Judaism and Christianity, respect for the rights of all (equal rights, not equal outcomes...this also eliminates Islam), and fiscal responsibility in government.

The proof is in their actions.
The Dems are failing and falling - they know it - they're scared.
I give you Sir Teddy of Massachusetts. The State changed its rules when John Fya Kerry (Did you know he served in Vietnam?) was running for Prez. The Dem legislature was afraid that Gov Romney would appoint a (gasp) Republican to take ole Johnny's place as Senator when he won, so they set it up to require a special election to fill the vacancy. Now Teddy wants them to change the rules back. Even in down town Libland they are starting to sweat about facing the angry voters. Bawney's classless town hall performance didn't earn them any new friends among the populace either.

Obama reminds me SOOO MUCH of my time as a bouncer. I got so I could FEEL trouble LONG before I saw it. Where I am going with this is I could FEEL this polarization BEFORE Inauguration Day. NOW I see trouble building and I say BRING IT ON! Some people understand NOTHING but a left under the ribcage and a right cross to the jaw, be they delivered figuratively or literally.
America during the campaign was like a guy who is dating a centerfold but unbeknown to him, she is a cokehead. She is second to NONE on the surface, but what is under the surface WILL cause BIG problems. The 65,000,000+ MORONS who voted for him are finding out the TRUTH about their cokehead centerfold POTUS. But being Liberals, some of them still find this combination ATTRACTIVE!?!?!?
If America has to be SEVERELY damaged to send Liberalism to a well deserved grave, IMHO it is worth it!

Dear GunnyG
You're right. Waxman DOES resemble Lon Chaney in his Phantom getup. Chaney, however, had to suffer through his performance in painful, face altering adhesive restraints. Waxman was BORN that way.
What does virtual physical deformity do to a growing child? Historically, it leads one to the two extremes of human behavior; acceptance and benevolence towards others... or resentment that becomes, in adulthood, arrogance, vice and the quest for power over the people who, they feel, rejected them as children. Those latter also tend to remain emotionally juvenile and, as we see in Waxman, become proponents of a massive parental government that THEY will oversee.
Waxman represents those whose goal in life is to seek power over others in a perpetual quest for self-affirmation. It is emotion driven and contains no higher ideals. It also rejects any prevailing ideals that stand in the way. There have been many such "leaders" in history. And they have been the bane of civilization.

If the GOP can't grow a pair, defend our liberties, and not sell their souls to the devil like many of the democrats, I say a 3rd party should take their place, or the dems place. Either way we need a party that actually represents the people.

Barack Obama’s approval rating declined
Gunny mentions: "BO’s approval rating declined.."
We realize that Barack Obama’s approval rating declined due to his ideology and failure to be familiar with American ideals. The loathsome pestilence that swings from his loincloth like Pelosi, Waxman and Frank might have sent us a signal.
But, I was shocked at how much Waxman resembles Hitler in his little portrait in your current blog. Doesn't Hollywood have decent barbers in this modern age? A little side trimming and a smaller podium might give the little man more apparent authority.
Even a casual reading of the O'Bozo rants against whites and his careful 20 year tutelage from Jeremiah Wright might have tipped off even the dullest voter in Iowa that this guy is a ideological racist and Marxist. But no. They wanted 'change.'
We are getting our change.
More unemployment and soon inflation come as a reward for voting for this person.

How about scaring adults since 1939?
(I know that I am not considered "Robert Redford" material by women; but even on my worse day, compared to Waxman, I am.)
The only thing scarier than Waxman's face his is his politics. How did he ever get elected? He must consider the US Constitution to have been written on toilet paper (i.e., "flushable").
