Just taking a moment at Christmas Time to tell you and your family "Thanks" for protecting America!

Also, thank you for posting this blog and hope it encourages conversations about religion.

I have Provo roots also, am a grad of BYU, and have lived in many states where my being LDS was not a problem to my great neighbors.

I can understand why people are afraid of LDS doctrine because they get fed sensational bits of information here and there - and that piecemeal information doesn't fit together very well.

Please emphasize how much LDS people base their lives on trying to follow the teachings of the Savior - that He is our God and the Being we worship.
