Death Panels is a horrible word, but in short, that is exactly what they will end up being. The numbers just don't work out when health care must be rationed.

I like your point of government involvement being minimal. This would allow free market ingenuity to take over with government regulating tort reform. Jet Blue challenged the airline industry for a new standard, and we need something alike to challenge health care. The freedom to do so must exist.
