Sons of Liberty are needed Today!

You implied that your age prevents you from doing much in the cause of liberty. Judging by your present activity, you are probably quite able to run for an elected office on a platform of 100% compliance with the U.S. Constitution. You can find ways to awaken friends, neighbors, and fellow church parishoners to their responsbility to study, support, uphold and defend the U.S. Constitution and constitutional principles in government. You can write and/or call your government representatives and urge them to support legisation and programs that are good and in compliance with the Constitution, and to oppose those that are not. I did all of these things last year at age 70, and I'm still going strong. As a college instructor you are in an excellent position to influence the next generation.

Steve, you stated that you believe that the American Armed Forces would fight a foreign invader, even one invited by our own government. There is good cause for concern that the United States will continue to spend her strength and means warring in foreign lands, at some point enabling foreign forces to attack the U.S. I am not comfortable enough here to state my reasons for my belief, but I do fear that elements within our own government are setting the U.S. to be attacked as you suggest, in order to "grease the skids" for the submission of the U.S. to a global or world government.

A group called the East Valley Tea Party Patriots is planning an event on Friday, 20 November 2009, starting at 5 pm, at a location yet to be determined in Mesa or Gilbert, AZ.

The main reason for the event is to help out people in California by collecting donations of food and money to help the citizens in California so they will have help throughout the holidays. Although not reported on the news, California has unemployment between 20-40% and currently has the highest suicide rate in the nation.

Sean Hannity recently dedicated a full hour on his FOX TV show explaining the trauma that the Californians have been enduring. The government destroyed 1 million acres of farmland by turning the water off. The environmentalists said that the water had to be shut off to save an endangered fish (approximately 1 inch long). This will affect everyone nationwide as California provides 25% of our countries produce supply. There are at least 5-6 other states that the environmentalist are going after now- trying to shut their water supplies off too.
