The Language of Politics: When Words Are Weapons, Part I

WOW when you're right you're "RIGHT"

I have read many times the Dumocrats state that this is not about race. Then in the next breath I have been told I was racist because I am not going to vote for Obama. Even though I can list my many reasons for not voting for Obama, those are simply discredited and I'm racist. It infuriates me. In my life I have done things that have made looking in the mirror easy and things that have not. I am not proud of my moments of weakness when I let go of my morals and my faith, but I am proud to be able to admit those times and to have made a change from those times. I do believe that association is a very big part of what defines us. When I was younger and was not living up to the standards of self that I try hard to live today, I associated with people that reflected that. It is not only one of the greatest disapointments but one of the greatest crimes, when in our lives we cannot say how we feel or what we think about something due to the fear of what will come of it. I believe that Obama has not only recently but for most of his life, associated himself with people and ideas that will bring our great nation to her knees. I am sorry but socialism, terrorist, anti-American sermons, they all influence him. They all shape the mind set he holds when looking at our nation and presidency. Your words are powerful, I look forward to part two.
