Read your comments at Cindy`s. Excellent and very insightful post, Meege! Geraldine Ferraro said it best not so long ago: "Obama would not be where he is today if he were a young, white man." She was later denounced by Pantsuit and the Dem party as a racist. We may be on the verge of Affirmative Action on steroids. Reparations will be coming and we may indeed pay for the "unforgivable" sins of our forefathers. No matter what happens Tuesday, we must continue writing! Keep the faith and remember the Silent Majority! McCain-Palin!

Dawndawn, something for you to read
I came across an excellent article last night about the history of Democrats and Republicans in regard to black Americans.
http://www.smallgovtimes.com/story/07feb20.dems.black.vote/ index.html
We need to reeducate people about this.

Hi, Meege!
Thanks for that link! I become a conservative during the Clarence Thomas hearings. The hypocrasy from the Dems, including Joe Biden, was blatant. Trent Lott was forced to step down for delivering a toast to Strom Thurmond on his 100th bd. Yet, Sheets Bird gets a pass for his many transgressions. Whatever happens tomorrow, our country will be more divided than ever.
