I don't believe I could have said it any better myself. Kudos to you for taking the Constitution at face value for what it explicitly says. Our government is more than bloated, it is constipated--absolutely nothing is moving except for the size in which it grows.

I truly appreciate your candor; your column is a breath of fresh air.
