Minute Men Needed
You are "spot on" as they would say in Good Old England. Speaking of England, the last time Americans felt like they were being abused by government (all be it a king), they started dumping tea in the harbor at Boston. I say we start dumping a tea of our own in the form of we won't pay our taxes. If the "working class" American (not the lazy one waiting for a "bail out"), decided to exercise his/her Constitutional right and "did not" pay the criminal IRS for the next 4 years (ala Gietner), what money would there be for this "so called" stimulus? None. I guess the only way you cut off the crackhead is to stop supplying the crack. If only the working class did this (in a united front), it would once and for all bring the criminal element in DC out into the light since the Pelosi, Reed, Dodds and Franks could no longer operate without their "next fix" of tax payer money.

99% Spending...
And for what? To give the economy much needed stability? YES! But in completely the wrong way. I've never been one for redistribution of wealth or over-the-top government involvement, but apparently, half the world things it's a grand idea! Not those who work damn hard for their money, that's for sure. I don't understand the benefit of an $800 stimulus check...
While I don't agree with Obama's "stimulus" (spending take over), I don't agree with Rush Limbaugh's denouncement of our new president. Yes, his policy is messed-up, but that does not justify wanting him to fail because of disagreement in political views. At least not to use it as a marketing ploy for his radio show...Although I have to admit it is brilliant for business.

Kathryn, re: Rush Limbaugh
You sound smart and reasonable, but you've made a subtle, but significant error that many people make. You said that "his policy is messed-up, but that does not justify wanting him to fail because of disagreement in political views" - on the contrary, if you are intelligent enough to recognize the danger and flaws of his policies, you most certainly SHOULD want him to fail.
I absolutely want his him to fail, because, unfortunately, his success will mean the destruction of America as we know it.
After all, why would any freedom loving person want Obama to succeed in turning America into a socialist nightmare?

Private sector jobs
I will add to your fine points that the private sector work that is generated is temporary. When the road is built, the work is over. Lasting jobs are not created except for the government bureaucracy put in place to manage all this spending.
