I just learned this from C.S. Lewis and wanted to share it. People consider Satan to be the opposite of YHWH, but Lucifer was an angel. That makes him the opposite of Michael, but seeking the power of the throne. This is a common frailty in the thinking of mankind. We all know the Truth but some suppress that Truth. In the case of humanists, they are like Lucifer and want to be like YHWH, their own personal god. Unfortunately, there are too many mainstream Christian churches of all denominations that do not stress the HOLINESS of God, the failure of all humans to meet HIS standards, and therefore the absolute need for the cleansing blood of Jesus.

Thanks for your comments. Most people who would think that satan is the opposite of God, and not a created being don't know their Bible and probably don't know God through His Son Jesus. There may be a few who have just been deceived or uninformed.
God is the All Powerful one. Satan only counterfeits His power.
I am thankful that God is holy. That He rules supremely.
