News Alert: Obama Votes For New "Surge"

Obama, some time ago said that the surge was working with the diligence of our brave troops in Iqaq. That the surge has coincided with the political changes on the ground within the Iraqi goverment. It boils me when people talk about winning an occupation. It boils me when folks see our role in Iraq as a fight against terrorism. All of these so called patriots need to pay closer attention and not be so easily led by their noses down the wrong path. Did anyone read the 9/11 Commision Report?? Hussien wanted nothing to do with Bin Ladin. Was Hussein an awful dictator, absolutely. We attacked a country and killed how many innocent people with our arrogance. Do I believe we need to stay..yes. We need to stay to fix what we made such a shambles of and the lives we shattered. I had problems with this so called surge because their country was and continues to be in a civil war...but again we screwed up and have no choice but to stay. However I never hear Good ol' John McCain say how he is going to deal with Bin Ladin with all his fabulous judgement and Maverick style. If he was such a Maverick he would have figured out a way to get Bin Ladin. Pull the wool off people.
