A d*mn good start.

Tort reform, however, will only come about in this country after a revolution. The lawyers are too "entrenched" in DC.

Absolutely. We need TORT AND INSURANCE REFORM, NOT A HUGE TRANSFORMATION OF OUR HEALTHCARE. Trial lawyers and SEIU thugs are pushing this healthcare bill. We can tweak healthcare and make it more efficient. The MSM does not understand what TORT reform is all about. The Dems fear it because they would lose their largest contributors if the trial lawyers went out of business. Drop by.
