Thanks for riding herd on all the minutiae our "gub'ment" thinks no one is paying any attention to.

Thinking the American people are either dumb as dirt or have the attention span of a cocker spaniel puppy is what they count on to say one thing on Monday and say another thing on Wednesday, as well as to say things which don't make any sense at all any day of the week.

I do wish you'd be a little clearer about how you really feel about all this, though.

I had more to say but thought the sentence was a bit long and I don't like to use semicolons. I also used the word phony twice--something I was taught not to do in school but I did find a H.L. Mencken sentence with the same word used 3 times so I am safe in my own mind.

If our "gub'ment" types had spent more time studying dirt than leftist economics we might have substantially less debt. We are broke now.

What we are seeing is the culmination of Affirmative Action coupled with the sour aroma of drug-crazed hippie flashbacks.

Many of our citizens are clearly as dumb as dirt as they will soon discover when they are in the soup lines.

They are gonna get their 'change.'
