My Conversion Story

My two big issues are borders as they relate to national security and actual protecting our country and our national interests. If Ron Paul were otherwise a perfect candidate and I am not really taking the time to find out, I would be totally turned off by his isolationist ideas. We don't live in a vacuum, maybe at the turn of the 20th century you could get away with that thinking it just doesn't play today. The world is much too dangerous and like it or not and I don't, Islam-fascist want to dominate the world with their backward thinking read “World War IV”. Iraq is the perfect place for us at the moment, we are building the largest embassy in the world, which is really an espionage tool and it will have barracks and air fields. Will give us in roads and badly needed intelligence. I guess you didn't see my post on that same comments string as to what a real federalist and anti federalist are. Hamilton's world was one of strong federal government with little regard for individual liberties and the constitution was ratified with these ideas. If you have read the Federalist papers you might want to read the anti-federalist papers and understand that the bill of rights was prompted by these documents. I appreciate your views and your interest in sharing them, I am always open to new ideas and candidates, but National security is non negotiable for me, without it there is no country.
