President Obama Impresses

I think our President has shown wisdom when it comes to his policies in Iraq & Afghanistan. However, I find too many times he will say one thing but do another. His statement recently that he didn't want to run the auto industry while his administration was trying to structure a reorganization of both GM & Chrysler was at least disingenuous.

This disingenuousness, on the surface at least, is unfortunately surely there--for all the world to see. I also agree that Obama has shown wisdom vis-a-vis Afghanistan, Iraq and now Pakistan. You know, history may show that Obama would have served us all better by doing nothing in terms of government intervention; in other words, Mike Huckabee may turn out to have been right! I'm just not sure how we will ever know for sure. Today, it looks like the President and his advisors really know what they are doing. But there is surely much to be said for what Huckabee and Hannan and the Ron Paul types have argued: Keep it simple!
