Pledge to Support the Mission in Iraq

I hope and pray that the troops, the US Congress, and the world hear that voice!

Dear ID Resident and Blogger:

There's a national effort going on to get the eventual Republican nominee for President to be Alaska's extremely popular governor, Sarah Palin, as his vice-presidential nominee. We believe Sarah's presence on the ticket would enhance the GOP's chances of winning a tough race against the Democrats.

Sarah was born in Sandpoint and educated in Idaho.

Won't you please support this effort, one led by bloggers and not associated in any way with the Governor or her staff? We'd like to have you talk up Sarah's candidacy and associate your blog with the many others now backing her.

I often see the bumper sticker "Support our Troops: Bring them home now!" I would rather support the troops the way the troops would like to be supported. It is awesome what the troops are doing in Iraq. They are bring hope while Obama only talks about it here.

But the liberals want out now. They want their way now and they don't care what the cost will be to Iraq, America, and the world. And they don't mind imposing their will on fellow Americans. I'd rather see this bumpersticker, "Support your droops: Wear a bra, hippy!"

I am the mother of a son who has served two tours in Iraq, and with all he has seen and experienced, is chomping at the bit to go back again to complete his duty and finish what we have started.
So I pledge not only my support but also my miracle. Thank you to the men and women who are seeing to business while so many just sit back on their butts and talk, talk, talk, without a clue.
