Terrorists never violate ceasefires.

Of course, once they establish a pattern of calling in warnings about bombings, they don't even need to actually plant bombs all the time and the same effect is achieved: disruption and fear.

I remember walking up several million steps April 1991 from a London "tube" station because the Provos had called in a bomb threat and everybody had to be evacuated out the back. How many times could the PIRA could away with that?
