Yes, but we are paying for that Sargeant at Arms. So while in Washington, why not file a criminal complaint against all 545 of them (including the Supreme Court justices), and get the Sargeant to arrest the suckers?

That's why there is that provision in the Constitution, and take a copy with you to show to the Sargeant if you need to, since he works for the taxpayers, not the Congress. He's there to act on the people's behalf and that is what the position is for.
