Obama's Moral Compass is stuck...so are most liberals'

Great post Tom. Here's a little story that I'll probably blog about someday. A liberal friend of mine said this to me. "Next time, a pro-lifer starts harping about abortion, I want to question that person whether or not he is willing to adopt a child." I was totally flabbergasted by that nonsensical remark. This is a comment coming from an intelligent college educated individual who has worked for more than 20 years as a paralegal. This comment came after I was discussing John and Cindy McCain's adoption of a baby, and the 140 million orphans in the world. So anyway, here's a smart person pretty much equating abortion as a solution to orphan problems. Or worst ... abortion as a population control!!! Sometimes, I think it's a lack of moral compass, not a moral compass that is stuck in one direction.
