Shakey was a dog

So sad

A tough loss indeed. Nothing like losing pets. Sparky, the Shelty of my youth, passed just a couple years back. Similar experience. I think he was about 16 when he died, very old for a Shelty. What a wonderful dog, and I am sure we all know and share the loss with you.

Thanks

Time is short today. I'm heading for work. Maybe more tonight

dadd o

Just was watching Nightline on ABC channel 7 [in NYC] they had a piece on the pagent at Hill Cumorah , in Palmyra. From what I saw it was well done and in the time they had they told the story of the Savior coming to the new world, the tablets being buried on the hill, Joseph Smith and those that come to view the pagent and the people that put it on. It was very good.

I had a cat named Shakespeare

We called him Shakey, too. He was a long-haired Siamese with enormous blue eyes that had a lot of soul. He looked at my friend Josephine who helped me pick him out with such a look of intelligence that she said he could writing poetry if only he had an opposable thumb. Thus, he was named for the Bard.

Sorry for your loss. We were very sad when our Shakey died too. For the time they are with us, they are family.

They are indeed

So glad we shared time on the earth with our pets.

Thanx

It has been a while since I remembered my mutt, Sandy and how I cried when my mom called me, in Germany, and told me he was gone.

Thanks Flame

They sure leave a hole in our hearts.

Hey Daddy O

Haven't seen you 'round in a bit. Hope all is well.

Thanks Va Daddy

Things are great, just lots to do lately.
If I get a chance this weekend I'll hop over and check out your website.

I'm fine thanks

Just really busy lately. Will nmaybe stop by your blog this weekend.

No problem

I know what you mean...

Hope the son-in-law is recovering well.

Good writing

Your stories make me cry. Very heartfelt. I hope you continue writing.

Thanks for the kind words

Your encouragement to keep writing was very timely.

I lost my job about a week and a half ago, and I am now self-employed. A friend and I have had a bid accepted to do some writing for a web site and it looks like my writing will be my profession from now on, so your feedback was encouraging.

Good Luck

I'm glad to hear that you will continue writing! I came across your blog because of a connection we have. I am Marilyn and Dave Thompson's niece, Eleace (Van Norman) Zachary, and I am friends with Karl-Erik.
Marilyn was telling me about your love and knowledge of the scriptures, and knowing how Karl-Erik loves to write, I looked you up and found this blog.
I have a blog too: eleacesthoughts.blogspot.com, if you're interested. Good luck in your writing venture!

Nice to meet you.

My wife, Luisa has an account on Facebook. I'll take a look at your blog.
