It is interesting that this holds in light of Supreme Court case: CA v THE USA about 1933 when the Okies fled to California. In those days, camping by the roadside and stealing fruit and veggies was illegal by CA's laws, but reversed, as I recall, by the SCOTUS.

Let us hope this does not reach SCOTUS again in this form as Jusice Kennedy might 'reverse' this and allow the PLO to camp out on US Consulates world wide and allow terrorists to use US military kitchens, not baths, of course, but perhaps vehicles and food.

The parasites are at the moat.
