Its all so transparent...just to placate the hispanic vote, Bush's true colors are becoming more tranparent every day, at this rate by Feb '07 he may switch parties, comeout of Republican closet and don his Democrat cap..I'm beginning to think he is the worst thing that could have happened to the Rep. party

The president isn't a conservative. He's a moderate in the mold of John McCain, Roy Blunt, and Lindsey Graham, and anyone who thinks otherwise is simply foolish.

But in 200 and in 2004, he was the better choice of the two (and please don't even bother bringing up Nader-who-never-has-a-chance). In the overall scheme of things, we had our disagreements (see my post called "A Direct Answer"), but he was better than Gore or Kerry.

I seriously doubt he'll switch parties, but he does represent the moderate Republicans who believe in "big-government conservatism (an oxymoron in any right).
