I have one problem with the post, and that would be the waxing eloquent over the virtues of John Edwards. Lets not forget he was a trial lawyer, where the lawyers reap the primary benefit of the suit, and the plaintiffs get a "share"

The rest of it is good stuff, we the people are the ones getting the shaft more often than not it seems.
