Don’t Give Up the Ship!

I am happy to give Obama a chance. One chance. The first time he attempts to tread upon my freedom, he gets no more chances. His likelihood of not treading on my freedom is low, based on his campaign and history, but we are not so naive to trust anybody's campaign rhetoric to be actually carried out in office, are we? Perhaps Obama will fight for freedom? Doubt it..

In the meantime I prepare to fight for freedom and a limited government. The Republicans have failed miserably in this regard. We just had an election choice between a modern liberal and a socialist. When I say Republicans failed, I mean them Party, not just the party leaders. In 2006, the Republicans took a beating and said they would reinvent themselves. Didn't happen at all, did it?

I want no power over others. I will fight to prevent others from having power over me. I selfishly will also fight to limit the power of government over others. (Selfish, because I and my family will benefit from others' freedom).

Keep up the good fight Jim! Get the word out.

Keep focusing and get the word out. FREEDOM is a much more powerful message than CHANGE.

My new bumper sticker is going to say "BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, CHANGE, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH"
