Republicans fighting back, hit for hit?
We shall see but I have little hope.
Our Republican Congress makes Republicans feel like punching bags!

We have to make up our mind...
if we want people to fight as dirty as Democrats...then we vote for Democrats.
But if we want people who have some sense of decency and honor, then you have to expect things like compromise, playing fair, being just.
Yes, there is a THIRD way...but it would take alot of growing up of the "base" and maybe more impossible, REAL support from the Conservative pundits.
Those sitting under the GOP tent either has to get out or start REALLY contributing some positive things to the party...enough with the self-flagellation.
And I really see no difference between the MSM and the RINO pundits...MSM may blame their own country but the RINO press blame their own party.
The GOP also have a problem with charisma. Guys who "tell off" the media like Rumsfeld and Rudy will never appeal to the Independents. You need someone "elite" enough to appease the Pundits (like Tony Blair) but smooth enough to be tough and make it sound like he's doing the voter a favor (like Reagan and Clinton).
But of course, someone not quite "lily-white" in character may not be what the Sanctimonious Right may want.
As I said, if the Conservatives want to quit feeling like punching bags...they have to grow up and make real choices instead of juvenile demands.
