All of the national polls and most of the state polls going have the two candidates neck and neck. If the election were held today, America would decide that the junior senator from Illinois doesn't have a clue, as you rightly point out.

I'm not rooting for any particular candidate, just conservative values.

I agree with all of your points and premise - the only part I'd quibble with is the percent of the military vote. My guess (and that's all it is) is that a high percentage of blacks (yes, even in the military) will go for Obama. I hope I'm wrong. I've done a lot of research on Obama and haven't found much to like. I remember Jimmah Carter and I fear that Obama will be even worse. You may be right about the black vote although I believe many black soldeirs are patriots first. Thanks for the encouraging words, my friend. I will look at your blog too!
