Depending on the income distribution, the middle group of the top half will pay about $35,000 or so. This also puts the national debt of 11 trillion to about $220,000 per household in the middle of the upper group.
This fits right in with the Marxian far left in this country as free housing and such forces a redistribution of wealth and the 'rich' will pay for it all. Next up is socialized medicine and Social Security going broke.
