I read this first thing this morning. Unfortunately I believe he is right. We have made similar comments in our blogs since day one. I don't look forward to the world my kids are inheriting. Pathetically I am responsible for it. I didn't yell loud enough or fight hard enough. Swell.

I guess denial is always easier than accepting the difficult truth.

To me denial is understandable in the context of fear. The question is why do they fear this motley group of rejects that are stuck in the Middle Ages?

That fear should alert them to the failure of their philosophical system, but it won't.
