Freaky Foley

I don't think anyone denies the egregiousness of Foley's actions, and no one is defending him, but the cynicism of the Dems in lambasting him when they have had worse scandals and done practically nothing is also telling, and must be brought to the public's attention. It's ironic watching them outraged at this breach of family values given their stand on sodomy, gay marriage, the sanctity of privacy, etc. Foley notwithstanding, the Republicans, and specifically the conservatives, should not sit quietly by as the Liberals seek to make this an overarching political issue.
